If Obama is indeed guilty of treason - then we have a growing list of folks who are also committing treason. Namely, every member of law enforcement and the justice system who have taken an oath to uphold and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic - along with every individual in Washington DC and beyond who has chosen to look the other way while denying American citizens their day in court - claiming that no citizen has the “legal standing” to ask who in the hell Barack Hussein Obama really is…
After visits from the Secret Service and months of rejection by the courts, Commander Walter Fitzpatrick may get his day in court.
On Tuesday December 1st 2009, Retired Navy Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III will present the evidence behind his treason complaint against Obama/Soetoro to all thirteen members of a Tennessee Grand Jury in Monroe County Tennessee.
The road to justice has been bumpy, to say the least. Commander Fitzpatrick has been ridiculed, blocked in court house halls, threatened, accused of mutiny and labeled a “crackpot” by Obama supporters who see no need for a standard background check for the most powerful office in the world.
Fitzpatrick had to go so far as to file criminal obstruction charges against Grand Jury Foreman Pettway before he would gain access to the court.  Despite it all, Commander Fitzpatrick forged ahead and on December 1st, his complaint will be heard by his local Monroe County Tennessee Grand Jury.
Now, this places the Tennessee Grand Jury squarely in the middle of the biggest Constitutional Crisis in U.S. history. Fitzpatrick will be under oath before the Grand Jury on Tuesday. If the Grand Jury has any doubts about Fitzpatrick’s testimony, they must arrest him for perjury on the spot. If they don’t arrest him for perjury, they are accepting his testimony as true and accurate…
If Article II—Section I—Clause V of the U.S. Constitution means nothing—then no part of the Constitution means anything today. On the other hand, if the Monroe County Tennessee Grand Jury follows its oath to uphold, protect and preserve the Constitution and apply the law equally to all, then the charge of treason must be allowed its day in court.
The Monroe County Grand Jury appears ready to act on its oath and authority. But if they don’t, they could become thirteen new members of a long list of folks equally guilty of treason, for turning their heads the other way and denying the American people access to the courts in what might be the greatest case in U.S. political history.
Thirteen members of the Monroe County Grand Jury hold the future of Constitutional Law in their hands. Come Tuesday, they will have an opportunity to keep their oath to the American people - the citizens of Monroe County and state of Tennessee. Of course, they will also have an opportunity to do what several civil and criminal court judges have already done on the matter. They can turn their heads and deny citizens their right to be heard…
But with each passing day, the stakes get higher and higher in the case over who Obama/Soetoro really is and whom he really serves. Atop the growing list of unconstitutional acts by the Obama administration is the Samson Alabama story in which—” An Army investigation has found that the use of armed military policemen from Fort Rucker in response to mass murders in Samson violated federal law.” —reports the Associated Press.
“The Army earlier confirmed that 22 military police and an officer were sent to Samson after the mass slaying of 10 people on March 10. - The Department of Army Inspector General found a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act, which restrains the use of the military for civilian law enforcement purposes.”
Yet ten months after inauguration, Obama’s entire past remains a mystery under lock and key. Obama has spent almost $2 million in legal fees to keep his life Top Secret, not counting millions in tax-payer funded road blocks thrown up by Obama’s Justice Department, which has sent numerous federal attorneys into court after court to file dismissal requests on the basis of “standing” - with great success. They don’t want the courts to ever decide Obama’s Constitutional eligibility on “merit,” because if discovery ever goes forward and Obama’s files are opened up, Obama is finished and so is his Marxist Global Agenda!
Make no mistake… The courts have clearly ruled that NO AMERICAN CITIZEN has the “proper standing” to ask even the most fundamental questions about Barack Hussein Obama (aka Barry Soetoro). The American press has not only ignored these facts, but mocked anyone willing to ask the right questions - of the right people - in the right way.
Tuesday, the Monroe County Grand Jury will get an opportunity to make history and reverse the modern trend of denying citizens their day in court. The people have a right to know who and what Obama really is. Let’s see if the Monroe County Grand Jury has the backbone to force Obama to answer that question.

"Before I left the fiasco, I spoke with a young man of Iranian descent. He also was an Al Gore supporter but politely took one of my fliers. As we began to argue on the inconsististies of Global Warming and Al Gore's Agenda, I noticed he began to listen. His face relaxed and his stance softened. He asked me about my Ron Paul hat and why being a member of the United Nations was a bad thing. As we talked through unjust American Imperialism and our occupying forces of 700 Military Bases in 130 countries I began to see him as a brother and a fellow American. The more we talked the more we had in common. I become emotional as I explained that I did not want America to invade Iran and continue in the Orwellian tradition of Endless War as initated by George W. Bush and unashamedly continued and enhanced under Obama.

The cycles of poverty are definitely alive and being well funded by the often unwilling taxpayers of Tennessee.
Please understand that I am not bitter or angry at the individual who is dependent on the proverbial government teat. I have observed that it is beneficial to the State and the Hospital to keep these people drugged and dependent on the Governmental Handout so that they can be financially reimbursed or write off the services provided.
So the common man (forgotten man) is taxed to death in order to fund the healthcare, prescriptions, etc. of the man who refuses to work and takes advantage of the system. Meanwhile, the Government and Hospital Corporations rake in fiscal profits off of the cyclical financial, spiritual, and intellectual poverties of some Tennesseans.

I suppose true reform could occur within the Republican Party but only if there were some sort of bylaw written that:
1. Barred members from joining elitist groups such as the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, etc.
2. Take an oath to uphold and interpret the Constitution in the tradition of our Founding Fathers with respect to the Sovereignty and Independence of America, a Decentralized Federal Govt, the abolishment of Central Banking, and the return to sound monetary policy with a gold standard to prevent hyperinflation from taxing those who have dutifully saved paper fiat money not knowing that gold is a wedge against artificially induced hyperinflation through manipulations by the Federal Reserve.
3. All bills and proposed legislation must be completely and thoroughly read prior to voting on it..
4. Some sort of 'three strikes your out' rule, whereas repeated votes which contradict standard American Values or that violate our Civil Liberties (such as the Patriot Act) would cause you to be removed from you elected position.
It is always my hope that the rational and sane Americans will prevail in this fight against Socialism, Global Governance, and Erosion of Constitutional Rights. I remain positive despite overwhelming odds. I meet new people every week who are 'awakening' to the corruption of both political parties. As you begin to explore current events and American History you begin to see that the Current Federal Government is targeting it's own citizens. Reports such as the MIAC Report confirm that Ron Paul and Chuck Baldwin Supporters, Constitutionalists, and Anti-Abortion supporters are being targeted as 'Domestic Terrorists'... Despite the fact that they tend to be law abiding, tax paying, members of society.
If there was a time in America where Civil Unrest became rampant, those good people would need some understanding of basic Survival/Primitive Skills. Eventually, it would no longer be safe to 'hole up' in your home. To avoid door to door gun confiscation or forced vaccination a patriotic individual may have to venture out into the wilderness.

The TN Firearms Freedom Association will be hosting convicted ATF felon Richard Hamblen to speak at their next meeting!
Mr. Hamblen is a legend within the firearms community having spent 14 months in a federal prison after being convicted of building and possessing his own firearms. It is worth noting that Mr. Hamblen has a degree in Greek and Latin from the prestigious Vanderbilt University (Summa Cum Laude), was an officer in the US Army, and was a Battalion Commander within the TN State Guard.
Upon learning how woefully under equipped the Tennessee State Guard (which was created by law as an armed reserve force for the National Guard) was (21 rifles for 3,500 individuals) Rich manufactured weapons for himself and his soldiers. His actions resulted in the involvement of the ATF, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Supreme Court and a prison sentence. His case details the conflicts between US vs. Miller and Heller vs. DC and ultimately questions how the Second Amendment is being interpreted.
Richard notes that his case is “ostensibly about guns” it’s really about “the Constitution and the utter contempt in which the Federal Government holds it.”

Last night, I looked Al Gore right in the eyes.. as I asked him to define the term "global governance." I purchased a book so that I myself could ask him the logical questions that he will never answer. Armed with a camera, I walked up to the man. "Sir, on July 7th of this year, you stated that cap&trade legislation would help to bring about global governance, can you define this term for me?". Evidently, he cannot. The moment these words passed my lips I got to glance at Gore for an instant, a look that quickly displayed the greed, the evil that this man really is. I was pushed away, as Gore does with anyone who questions him.The identical story happened to an Irish filmmaker named Phelim McAleer when he questioned Gore about the inaccuracies in Gore's film, An Inconvenient Truth, even though a British court has declared that there are eleven discrepancies in the film. Lord Monckton has also challenged Gore to a debate, but to no avail. This man does not allow debate, he does not have any need for it. When so many buy into the lie of man made global warming which he handsomely profits off of, he does not need to prove to others that he is correct. He is totally apathetic about the future of our beautiful country.. he wants to sell away America's sovereignty to a global governance structure which will oversee and enforce "climate change" legislation. When it comes down to it, it means nothing more than a means of control.. and yet another way to divide and conquer. Wherever you may be on the "climate change" issue, Gore is a total fraud.. a traitor to our free country. "Radio talk show host and columnist Phil Valentine, who says global warming doesn't exist and is a critic of Gore, was hanging around the edges of the crowd hoping for an interview, along with some others who agree with Valentine's view.
"You're a traitor," Matt Gulliver, 30, called out toward Gore, who was seated, signing books.
Gulliver said he was a Ron Paul supporter with a group called We Are Change and thought global warming was a hoax perpetrated by governments and large corporations."
What the Tennessean failed to do was give the 'hecklers' proper perspective and credit in the above links. We were very respectful and took time to debate those Obama and Gore supporters who were present.
I was simply exercising my Constitutional Rights to free speech and public assembly. I witnessed an Al Gore handler repeatedly tell Phil Valentine that Al Gore did not have time for an interview. I then debated an Al Gore supporter on the hypocrisy of Gore and the potential billions he stands to make off of the investments made in the Kleiner Perkins firm.
I also asked why Al Gore, the former Vice President, and Nobel Peace Prize Winner, remained silent during the cluster bombings of Serbia, Kosavo, and Afghanistan. The use of cluster bombs are forbidden under the Geneva Convention and attacking a country that was not attacking the USA and without a Congressional Declaration of War is both illegal and immoral. Needless to say the Global Gore Supporter had no rhetoric that could challenge his negligence to speak out against the unnecessary acts of aggression performed by the Clinton/Gore Administration, not to mention the murderous/poisonous effects of cluster bombs on human beings and the Earth.
Al Gore is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Club of Rome. Both are strange/secretive/elitist groups which have publicly stated their goals are to destroy American Sovereignty in order to make the world a safer place. There are all kinds of people there and lots of information outlets and representatives of various groups to network with...I have met Campaign for Liberty people, TN Republicans, and John Birch Society members in the past...
