Yesterday, within 48 hours of CBS exposing the H1N1 'swine flu' cases overwhelmingly overestimated by government disinformation and Voltaire exposing Obama's shocking background and Nobel Peace Prize origin, the president declared a National Emergency providing dangerous legislation in place to suspend the Constitution and enlist FEMA under guise of a pandemic.
Internationally hailed politico-economic analyst, Professor Michel Chossudovsky’s accurate prediction of this scenario when the Public Health Emergency was declared in June, mainly fell on ears deafened by American TV's repetetive propaganda.
Chossudovsky had warned that the Public Health Emergency was no humanitarian gesture but rather a way to expedite the U.S. Martial Law planned for years and on verge of implementation in the U.S. to control the public during the upcoming financial collapse. The handful of independent investigative and citizen journalists reporting impending military intervention against American citizens under pretext of a fabricated ‘flu’ pandemic have been conveniently lumped in the Martha Mitchell effect “conspiracy theorist” basket, as were investigative journalists Wayne Madsen and Jane Burgemeister.
Such media ploys and labeling truth tellers have been favorite counterintelligence agent disinformation tactics for decades. To cover-up the scandal and silence Martha Mitchell when she went to officials with truth about Watergate, in Cointelpro signature style, officials discredited and labeled her delusional, a burden she carried until the trial proved her accounts accurate.
Naomi Wolfe has been urging public action to counter the U.S. being in the end of final stage of full-scale martial law since last October when American combat troops were deployed on US soil, what Americans would call a military coup if it occurred in any other country, as documented in the book, OPERATION H1N1, Vaccine Liberty or Death..
U.S. troops are now deployed to the five U.S. regional headquarters, working with officials from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Health and Human Services, Federal Emergency Management Agency, and with other state leaders according to Gen. Gene Renuart in an October 2008 Associated Press article.
On June 17, 2009, Co-founder and President of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), Barbara Loe Fisher strongly urged Americans to immediately become educated and take responsible actions to defend their rights (video) and called on the Obama administration to answer questions, including one about the right for parents to say “No” to the vaccine. The above named individuals recognize the distinct pattern of introducing martial law that dictators have applied to control their countries, the identical pattern the U.S. followed before but intensified within hours after the 911 New York City mass murder.
Fabrications and false flag deja vu
Just as the fabricated September 2001 operation entailed a sophisticated media disinformation campaign to sell the profitable but illegal invasion and occupation of preselected countries against best interest of American citizens, today's fabricated October 2009 operation entails a multi-million dollar media disinformation marketing campaign to sell the flu story, a profitable experimental vaccine, plus unprecedented combat troops on U.S. soil "to assist" with vaccinations against best interest of American citizens.
Since July, Fisher has also been warning the public about government manipulation and faudulent H1N1 data to sell the vaccine and possibly force vaccines, as has Prof. Chossudovsky who asserted that the H1N1 epidemiological data is a “fabricated, falsified and manipulated” political ploy to “create a crisis where there is no crisis,” an assertion partially revealed in the recent CBS report.
According to Washington D.C. based investigative journalist, Wayne Madsen, creating the crisis in the case of H1N1 literally involved manufacturing the swine flu in U.S. laboratories, as his recent October 2009 interview details (below)..

A year before any “alleged H1N1" case was reported, Baxter applied for an H1N1 vaccine, Baxter Vaccine Patent Application US 2009/0060950A1. (William Engdahl, Now legal immunity for swine flu vaccine makers, Global Research, July 2009).
Two Baxter AG facilities then sent 72 kilos of live pandemic flu virus to 16 laboratories in 4 countries resulting in death and sickness, according to the first investigative journalist to present the H1N1 'swine' flu' plot to the world, Jane Bergermeister. Baxter, with GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis and AstraZeneca, was then awarded $40 billion USD vaccine procurement contracts with some 50 governments and the WHO refuses to release Minutes of a key meeting of an advisory vaccine group "packed with the executives” of Big Pharma. Novartis, headquartered in Basel, Switzerland with over $53 Billion USD revenue generated in 2008, is the world's largest, multi-national pharmaceutical company. It began as a component of the infamous I.G. Farben, responsible for the rise of Adolph Hitler and the German/Austrian Third Reich.
States expected to follow National Emergency
The Congressional Research Service analysis conclusion of the newly declared U.S. National Emergency is that, while the federal government has no authority to mandate vaccines, the federal declaration opened the floodgate for states to follow with State Emergency declarations according to Vaccine Rights Attorney, Alan Phillips.
This morning, Phillips stated that most states have legislation in place to force vaccinations and quarantine at facilities and that, "The National Emergency was worded so as to leave the door open for discretion," said Phillips who is preparing a letter campaign that citizens can use as a template in their respective states where the buck presently stops.
Without enormous public pressure, Phillips expects states will soon follow with undesirable laws. New York’s governor has now declared a state of emergency and hospitals are following the state’s pandemic ventilator allocation plan -- actual guidelines drafted in 2007 now being revisited as other states would likely do.
California Governor Schwarzennegger declared a State Emergency due to the "pandemic," earning the "Governator's" new title of Vaccinator.
A post-9/11 medical journal article suggested management of victims following a large-scale bioterrorist event and since then, federal government officials strongly encouraged states to create health care legislation with little or no discussion or reading them according to Phillips.
"These laws are now in place in most states and the only thing citizens can do is change those laws or face the consequences," said Phillips.
Phillips believes that the sheriff movement led by Sheriff Mack is flawed in that: 1) it is can incite violence and 2) if law enforcement do not follow immediate orders, combat troops are on the ground ready to take over law enforcement jobs.
Although some people argue human rights, Constitution and Nuremberg code issues related to the draconian legislations in place including provisions for mandatory vaccination and qurantine facilities, these would need to be challenged in courts, a process too lengthy to halt forced vaccinating as changing state laws would do if immediately addressed according to Phillips.
Phillips is among numerous vaccine legal experts listed on the National Vaccine Information Center website. He was the only vaccine rights attorney on the legal team that recently filed the lawsuit against the FDA for failing to properly test the H1N1 vaccine, now being administered to unwitting Americans.
FEMA now rules?
On October 28, 1969, without Congress, U.S. President Nixon signed Executive Order (E.O.) 11490. This Order outlined emergency functions to be performed by some 28 Executive Departments and Agencies when the President declares a National Emergency.
When the National Emergency was delcared this past weekend, some say that technically, FEMA became in control of the U.S., not the president and Congress, leaving the citizens with no protection by the Constitution. Federal Lawsuit Calls Attention to the "Darkside" of FEMA, The Arctic Beacon, The Last Frontier of Truth) According to Symanski, these claims are included in a filed federal lawsuit, accusing President Bush and others of using FEMA to obstruct justice after 911.
A March 16, 2003 Gannett News Service article reported that Sid Caspersen, director of the New Jersey office of counter-terrorism, stated:
If the nation escalates to ‘red alert’ which is the highest color-coded readiness against terror, you will be assumed by authorities to be the enemy if you so much as venture outside your home.
A red alert would also tear away virtually all personal freedoms to move about or associate. You literally are staying at home, unless you are required to be out.
Under the terms of E. O. 11490, when a President declares a National Emergency, the Executive Branch with FEMA using COINTELPRO connected personnel, now including the likes of INFARGARD, have the power to:
- Take over all communications media
- Seize all sources of power
- Take charge of all food resources
- Control all highways and seaports
- Seize all railroads, inland waterways, airports, storage facilities
- Commandeer all civilians to work under federal supervision
- Control all activities relating to health, education, and welfare
- Shift any segment of the population from one locality to another
- Take over farms, ranches, timberized properties
- Regulate the amount of citizens’ own money they may withdraw from their bank, or savings and loan institution
The above and many other provisions are listed in 32 pages, incorporating nearly 200,000 words that provide absolute bureaucratic dictatorship upon the President declaring a National Emergency.
Representative Cynthia McKinney's 2006 House Resolution (HR) 1026 revealed that after 9-11, plans and exercises had been conducted for:
- Mass detentions,
- Martial law, and
- Suspension of civil liberties.
FEMA’s main purpose has been hidden from the American people and even Congress until 1975 when it finally learned that a ‘shadow government’ was operating in a fortified bunker located in Mount Weather Virginia that still exists today. Symanski reported:
This bunker is essentially a ‘hidden White House’ capable of running the country in the event of martial law due to either domestic violence or foreign aggression. More troubling, it was found that secret dossiers were kept on computers containing the names of hundreds of thousands of Americans who may pose a threat to what was called “domestic tranquility.”
A 1989 U.S. News & World Report states that FEMA and Pentagon control some 50 underground command posts for possible refuge “for the president” in time of national emergency.
In September 2005's Hurricane Katrina aftermath, Lt. Gen. Carl A. Strock stated in New Orleans, "It is FEMA who is really calling the shots and setting priorities here," (Statement by Lt. Gen. Carl A. Strock, commander of the corps, New York Times, Sept.. 9, 2005)
Whether or not this power will be used, the fact remains that under a National Emergency, the power exists to suspend the Constitution and turn over the reigns of government to FEMA and appointing military commanders to run state and local governments. Then FEMA would have the right to order the detention of anyone whom there is reasonable ground to believe...will engage in, or probably conspire with others to engage in acts of espionage or sabotage. The National Emergency FEMA plan also authorized establishment of concentration camps for detaining the accused, but no trial.
Under the FEMA plan, there is no contingency by which Constitutional power is restored.
