Instead of the required 2 /3 majority of the senate required to ratify the international agreement, Obama tipped his hand today that he may try another way to get what he wants to “save face” in Copenhagen.
The administration could try ratification under a seldom used back door method of “Congressional-executive” agreement which would only require a simple majority vote of the combined houses to approve ratification. This is very similar to the “nuclear option” that the Administration has threatened to use in Congress to pass the Healthcare reform."

Wow! Home owners take note & tell your friends and relatives who are home owners!!! Beginning 1 year after enactment of the Act, you won't be able to sell your home unless you retrofit it to comply with the energy and water efficiency standards of this Act.

H.R. 2454, the "Cap & Trade" bill passed by the House of Representatives, if also passed by the Senate, will be the largest tax increase any of us has ever experienced. The Congressional Budget Office (supposedly non-partisan) estimates that in just a few years the average cost to every family of four will be $6,800 per year. No one is excluded.. However, once the lower classes feel the pinch in their wallets, you can be sure these voters get a tax refund (even if they pay no taxes at all) to offset this new cost. Thus, you Mr. and Mrs. Middle Class America will have to pay even more since additional tax dollars will be needed to bail out everyone else.

But wait. This awful bill (that no one in Congress has actually read) has many more surprises in it.

Probably the worst one is this: A year from now you won't be able to sell your house.

Yes, you read that right. The caveat is (there always is a caveat) that if you have enough money to make required major upgrades to your home, then you can sell it. But, if not, then forget it. Even pre-fabricated homes ("mobile homes") are included.

In effect, this bill prevents you from selling your home without the permission of the EPA administrator.

To get this permission, you will have to have the energy efficiency of your home measured. Then the government will tell you what your new energy efficiency requirement is and you will be forced to make modifications to your home under the retrofit provisions of this Act to comply with the new energy and water efficiency requirements. Then you will have to get your home measured again and get a license (called a "label" in the Act) that must be posted on your property to show what your efficiency rating is; sort of like the Energy Star efficiency rating label on your refrigerator or air conditioner If you don't get a high enough rating, you can't sell. And, the EPA administrator is authorized to raise the standards every year, even above the automatic energy efficiency increases built into the Act.

The EPA administrator, appointed by the President, will run the Cap & Trade program (AKA the "American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009") and is authorized to make any future changes to the regulations and standards he alone determines to be in the government's best interest. Requirements are set low initially so the bill will pass Congress; then the Administrator can set much tougher new standards every year. The Act itself contains annual required increases in energy efficiency for private and commercial residences and buildings. However, the EPA administrator can set higher standards at any time.

Sect. 202:
Building Retrofit Program mandates a national retrofit program to increase the energy efficiency of all existing homes across America ..

Beginning 1 year after enactment of the Act, you won't be able to sell your home unless you retrofit it to comply with the energy and water efficiency standards of this Act. You had better sell soon, because the standards will be raised each year and will be really hard (i.e., ex$pen$ive) to meet in a few years. Oh, goody! The Act allows the government to give you a grant of several thousand dollars to comply with the retrofit program requirements if you meet certain energy efficiency levels. But, wait, the State can set additional requirements on who qualifies to receive the grants. You should expect requirements such as "can't have an income of more than $50K per year", "home selling price can't be more than $125K", or anything else to target the upper middle class (and that's YOU) and prevent them from qualifying for the grants Most of us won't get a dime and will have to pay the entire cost of the retrofit out of our own pockets. More transfer of wealth, more "change you can believe in."

Sect. 204:
Building Energy Performance Labeling Program establishes a labeling program that for each individual residence will identify the achieved energy efficiency performance for "at least 90 percent of the residential market within 5 years after the date of the enactment of this Act." This means that within five years, 90% of all residential homes in the U.S. must be measured and labeled. The EPA administrator will get $50M each year to enforce the labeling program. The Secretary of the Department of Energy will get an additional $20M each year to help enforce the labeling program. Some of this money will, of course, be spent on coming up with tougher standards each year. Oh, the label will be like a license for your car. You will be required to post the label in a conspicuous location in your home and will not be allowed to sell your home without having this label. And, just like your car license, you will probably be required to get a new label every so often - maybe every year. But, the government estimates the cost of measuring the energy efficiency of your home should only cost about $200 each time. Remember what they said about the auto smog inspections when they first started: that in California it would only cost $15. That was when the program started. Now the cost is about $50 for the inspection and certificate; a 333% increase. Expect the same from the home labeling program.

Sect. 304:
Greater Energy Efficiency in Building Codes establishes new energy efficiency guidelines for the National Building Code and mandates at 304(d) that 1 year after enactment of this Act, all state and local jurisdictions must adopt the National Building Code energy efficiency provisions or must obtain a certification from the federal government that their state and/or local codes have been brought into full compliance with the National Building Code energy efficiency standards.

But again, truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty you need only look into a mirror. I know why you did it! I know you were afraid. Who wouldn't be? War, terror, disease. There were a myriad of problems which conspired to corrupt your reason and rob you of your common sense. Fear got the best of you. And in your panic, you turned to the now High Chancellor Adam Sutler. He promised you order, he promised you peace. And all he demanded in return was your silent, obedient consent.” That quote is from one of my favorite films, V for Vendetta. Fear has been used for psychological manipulation since the beginning of time. It is very important to study history and to research all of the possibilities in a situation.

It was February the 27th, 1933. Hitler had waged an all-out war against the communist party and was plotting his takeover. Germany’s Parliament, the Reichstag, was set ablaze by the Nazi party in an attempt to convince the German public that the communist party was planning a violent coup d'état. Soon after this psychological operation, the Reichstag Fire Decree and the Enabling Acts were passed. This entire event was pivotal in the establishment of Nazi Germany. Yet the Nazis were not alone in the use of this tactic. On August 4, 1964; two American destroyers reported being attacked by North Vietnamese boats outside of the Gulf of Tonkin. This single event swept America into Vietnam and allowed President Johnson to pass the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution. Government documents uncovered in 2005 now reveal that this incident never occurred. Similarly, the Patriot Act was hastily passed in the middle of the night soon after September 11. The Patriot Act has been one of the most destructive overreaches of the United States Constitution in recent history, allowing warrantless wiretapping and in some cases the bypassing of the Writ of Habeas Corpus altogether. Fear was the tool the state used to gain control. Many have never questioned the official 9/11 Commission’s story of September the 11th, although a multitude of questions are left unanswered. Today, many who desire to uncover the truth of that fateful day are labeled as “extremists”or “nut-jobs”. All one has to do is take a glance at other historical events, and realize that the individuals who seek answers are doing nothing more than fighting for liberty, freedom, and justice. With so many questions left unanswered, it leaves an individual to think; is something being hidden from the public eye? What was the motive behind the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan?

Benjamin Franklin once said, "It is the first responsibility of every citizen to question authority." It is vital to the survival of a nation that its citizens do not allow their elected officials
to rule unchecked. Vigilance is the water to the tree that is liberty, and conducting your own research is one of the best ways to seek truth. There are too many questions left ignored and unanswered about the events on September 11th. During the 9/11 commission; former Secretary of Transportation Norman Maneta stated that Cheney ordered NORAD to stand down. Why did NORAD stand down on September 11th? All of the jets that could have responded were 150 miles away conducting various drills. Vigilant Guardian, an affiliate of Global Guardian, was a drill conducted by NORAD on September 11 that simulated planes that were hijacked in the northeast U.S. Many responders were confused because of this, and thought that reports that a plane was hijacked was part of this drill. These drills remind me of a similar event that occurred this year on the 8th anniversary of September 11th. On my way to Washington, I discovered that a boat outside of the Pentagon had been fired upon-only to discover later that the Coast Guard was conducting a drill and no shots had been fired. Who would have authorized such a drill to take place, terrorizing those who had come to pay their respects at a memorial service outside the Pentagon? Just when the elites feel we may have forgotten why we are still fighting in an undeclared, unjust war, they feel that they need to remind us why one million innocent people have died in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Why have they, really? I wish I knew the answer. Fear is always the ultimate manipulator. If you can put an individual, or a group of individuals, in an emotional state, they will yearn for someone to give them direction, to rule over them. They will seek protection. So all that needs to be done in order to take control over a group is to put them in an emotional state by an event, and then you may do what you wish in order to seize power; all the while the victims of such event will blindly think their ruler is protecting them. If this sounds farfetched, simply compare Hitler’s tactics to those used frequently today. Psychological operations have been used at many points throughout history.

According to the Bush administration, the events of September 11th were unpredictable. However, Condoleezza Rice herself stated that the Bush administration had been notified. One report was even entitled, “Bin Laden determined to attack inside the United States.” Despite all the notifications, we are expected to believe our government turned a blind eye to such bold warnings. Even FBI agent Sibel Edmonds broke a federal gag order to reveal that the Bin Laden family had close ties with the United States government far before the September 11th attacks. One question I find extremely concerning is the amount of time it took to begin an investigation into the 9/11 attacks. The 9/11 Commission did not form until December of 2001. Compare that with the Warren Commission, which was created only seven days after Kennedy was assassinated. Something is dreadfully wrong with their story, and many Americans are asking these questions only to be laughed at. Since when is it wrong to ask a simple question? Sadly, this is the mindset the elites do not want you to adopt. They would love if Americans were too apathetic to keep them in check, so they can go along their business without any distractions. Thanks to corporate media, many Americans have adopted this apathetic mindset.

A woman by the name of Janette MacKinlay owned an apartment across the street from the World Trade Center. On the morning of September the 11th, she was minding her business as usual, going through her emails and chatting with a friend. That morning, her life changed forever. Her home was ultimately destroyed, but one thing was left behind; the powdery dust that had filled Manhattan’s streets on 9/11. Being so close to the buildings as they fell, Janette claimed she had heard explosions going off inside the buildings. She later decided to bring some samples of this dust to Dr. Steven E. Jones, a professor and physician. Upon studying the dust under a microscope, Steven found chips of a substance that were reddish in color. After extensive testing; he found these chips to consist of carbon, oxygen, iron and aluminum, the components of nano-thermite. Thermite is an explosive only readily available to the United States government. This conclusion leaves me questioning why steel from the World Trade Center was shipped abroad soon after the towers fell, only to be melted down and sold. Is our government trying to hide something from us? The World Trade Center buildings were the first steel frame buildings in history to collapse because of fire. And yet, we are also expected to believe that 200,000 tons of steel was demolished in about 10 seconds by 10,000 tons of jet fuel. World Trade Center Seven is an entirely different story. The official story states that WTC7 fell because of structural damage on the thirteenth floor due to fire at 5:20pm, and collapsed in about 8 seconds. If so, it would be only the third steel frame building in history to collapse from fire. As for the planes that crashed into the Pentagon and just outside of Pittsburgh, wreckage from flights 93 and 77 have never been positively identified. How a jet can simply vanish with so little wreckage simply defies me.

If you are the average American, I can guess what you are thinking. What does this mean to me? I could not find any better way to answer that question than in the words of Charles de Montesquieu. “The tyranny of a prince in an oligarchy is not so dangerous to the public welfare as the apathy of a citizen in a democracy.” Apathy is the tool evil men use to gain power, and power truly does reside in a nation’s citizens. It is up to us whether we want to rule, or whether we want to be ruled over.

Write a letter, call your Representative, and tell a friend... You must oppose the PASS act and a TWIC Card. You must refuse any sort of implanted chip underneath your skin for identification or to buy and sell goods with..you must also oppose a Federal Government Identification Card of any kind. Especially one with an RFID chip in it with all of YOUR PRIVATE AND PERSONAL INFORMATION.

My English professor corrected my paper today, she pointed out that our founding fathers did not intend for the people to have the power. The sad thing is, she's not joking.. although I had to laugh. What is America today? America is simply not America anymore. Although corporate media does an excellent job of disguising this. To the average American, nothing is wrong. Give them their sitcoms (that the government has announced they are infiltrating with propaganda) and a beer and they are satisfied. This is not what the founders ever intended to occur. This is how corruption takes foothold, how tyranny and oppression originate.

Thomas Jefferson once said, "If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, it expects what never was and never will be." Today our nation does expect to be ignorant and free.. freedom is expected, not defended.. Apathy has infiltrated every corner of our nation.. and it is time that it is replaced with vigilance. This upcoming week is going to be a landmark time in American history. It will be a time that my generation will look back upon one day.. and think either "that was the day oppression gained control.." or "that was the day tyranny was defeated, and America's ideals preserved."

To the untrained eye of the American public, universal healthcare may sound like a brilliant idea.. but there's simply one problem.. plain and simply, it is inefficient, ineffective, and it simply defies everything that this free country was built on. If a healthcare plan was so excellent, so profound.. why does it have to be MANDATED amongst it's citizens?? Why can congress opt out of this spectacular healthcare plan? Putting all other issues aside, there is one thing tremendously wrong with this healthcare plan. This cannot be summed up more eloquently than in the words of Texas Rep. Ted Poe during the healthcare debates in House. "This bill is about government control, it's not about choice. It's oppression, it is not about liberty. The Constitution starts out with we the people.. if this bill passes let's scratch out we the people and write in the phrase we the subjects of big government." So America, this is your choice. Will we continue fighting for the ideals our founding fathers so adamantly fought for? Or will we allow big brother to take over ever facet of our lives until there is nothing left?

Good luck with that, FBI agents...Tattoo artists usually aren't the type to comply with Big Brother. Tattoo artists are very diverse but tend to lead an alternative lifestyle in comparison to your Average Joe Public. 'Snitching' and being an informant for 'Big Brother' is definitely frowned upon in most crowds that value self expression, artistic integrity, and freedom of expression. I think the above FBI flier is a violation of the American right to privacy as expressed in the Fourth Amendment.

Let me preface my commentary by stating I am a Christian. I believe in Jesus Christ and I obey his commandments as described in the New Testament.

Any American, with a heart for God, who loves truth and hates evil, and is fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God SHOULD REFUSE AND RESIST MANDATORY VACCINATION, GUN CONFISCATION, OR ANY OTHER SORT OR OPPRESSION BY THE USA FEDERAL GOVT OR ANY FOREIGN TROOPS IN YOUR STATE OR NEIGHBORHOOD.

Christians are not gentle lambs or sheep that walk willing to a slaughter. Do not stand by and think it is God's will to separate families into FEMA camps or have force vaccinations full of poisonous chemicals.

As a Christian Man, I will stand up for the truth. I will voice my opposition to any sort of Authority telling me to submit to immoral and unlawful things. I answer to God and my own consciousness. My duty is to my family and to Objective Truth. I will not simply lay down and allow the Fed. Govt or any occupying army have it's way with me or my family. The Swine Flu continues to present itself as a very mild virus yet there Obama declared a National Emergency. The mainstream media is using fear tactics to brainwash citizens into a poisonous vaccine. The American Dollar is losing value every day while average hard working Americans will continue to feel the pains of hyperinflation due to the Corrupt Federal Reserve.
This is not all the doing of Obama. This would have happened with Mccain or Palin or Romney. All of these clowns belong to secretive and American Sovereignty hating organizations such as the Council of Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, or the United Nations. My fellow Tennesseans and Americans now is the time to:

1) Study/Reeducate Yourself about American History, Politics, the Constitution, and join such groups as Campaign for Liberty, John Birch Society, NRA, etc.

2) Protect your family by purchasing extra food, water, guns, weapons, ammunition, etc.

3) Vigilantly watch your children and be more involved if they attend public school.

4) Stop watching CNN, MSNBC, FOX, ABC, etc. for your daily news and search the Internet for independent/alternative sources for what is really going on..

5) Reexamine what is really important in life, reconnect with your family and your spiritual choice of Worship or Religion.

6) Contact your local State Representatives and Senators etc.. and voice your concerns...When the Federal Govt. collapses the State Govt. will hopefully be strong enough or comprehend that it's people desire freedoms and liberties as described in the Constitution....
