America, the Stray Dog

The idea of a 'Third Party' or a 'Tea Party' should be seriously considered. I don't buy into the argument that it takes votes away from the Republican Party. The fact that Establishment Republicans such as Boehner and CFR associated Republican Mike Huckabee both have voiced concern about losing precious 'republican votes' is validation that the Republican Party is sick and does not represent Conservative Americans. George W. Bush and his alleged statement that the Constitution was 'just a god damned piece of paper' was an early symptom of a terminally ill Republican Party. The Endless Wars, Orwellian Patriot Act, and failure to seal the borders of America were multi system injuries to the already crippled Political System. Americans then felt like a beaten and abused dog and limped to their new Master and Savior Obama. Master Obama continued to abuse the abandoned dog of America and it became schizophrenic.

Victims of severe physical, sexual, or emotional abuse sometimes retreat inside themselves to cope with the trauma inflicted by a loved one or authority figure they thought they could trust. Split or Multiple Personalities are sometimes a result of extreme disassociation. The unspeakable trauma is then hidden deep within these explosive personalities and are coated with denial.

America is now a hungry, beaten, half crazy stray dog. We have two choices:

1. Continue the cycle of abuse. We can limp to the next Republican or Democratic Master in hopes of a designer collar, nutritionless dried dog food, and a shiny new water dish.

OR

2. We can take a long and hard look at ourselves in a puddle while we suffer from mange and neglect from former masters. Self reflection often leads us to an introspective state of mind where through prayer or mediation we return to our center or 'core being'. We affirm our natural goodness. We affirm that we have been wronged and that our Masters have failed us and tricked us. We remember that this happened to us before and we protested, took up arms, and stood up to a Tyrannical Government and won! We affirm that our rights are bestowed upon us from God or our Creator and not from any fallible man or any kind of Government.

The signers of the Declaration of Independence deemed it a "self evident truth" that all men are endowed by their Creator with certain Unalienable Rights.

Unalienable Definition- Not to be separated, given away, or taken away; inalienable

"We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created Equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain Unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

The broken down dog remembers the days of freedom and independence. The Spirit of Liberty is felt blowing like a wind through the trees. It is the life giving trickle of water in a woodland stream. It is reflected in the face of a gleeful child with rosy cheeks not yet jaded by life's perceived shortcomings. The Spirit of Liberty is alive and is in the heart of every human being throughout history and now living. All men have a desire to be free, a hunger to love and to be loved, and a natural bend towards independence.

I would argue that this 'Spirit of Liberty' I refer to is what inspired the Sons of Liberty to meet in alleyways and bars. This desire for freedom and independence sparked the ideas of protest and rebellion which served as the birthing pains of a patriotic labor which produced the Constitution and then our Republic, the United States of America.

We can remain in a deep slumber induced by Big Macs and Ambien with the soft blue glow of the Television in the background. In 2012, we can sheepishly bow our heads to the next Council on Foreign Relations groomed Republican Candidate and have a GEORGE W. BUSH REPEAT...

Or we can awaken and reconnect with our Founding Fathers by educating ourselves on World and Early American History, reviewing the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and praying to God that our homeland return to the basic ideals that made America the greatest Philosophical Experiment of all times....

In Liberty,

Obama wants you disarmed...under the guise of National Security

The story below references an International Treaty Obama would like for America to adopt...Here's the problem: We are a Sovereign Nation..We answer to our laws and our own regulation..We have such great documents such as the Constitution and the Bill of Rights..We don't need to join some International Treaty for anything...The American People can govern themselves through decentralized limited small Federal Government and returning the power to the State and Local Government as decided and voted upon by the people! Sheesh!

First Amendment Violation in San Diego CA

Just when you think you've heard it all...or things couldn't get any worse now this story:

www.10news.com/news/19562217/detail.html

That's right.. A San Diego official is trying to break up a home bible study..I am sure there are some criminals or illegal immigrants or speeders the cops could go after out there..Instead this family is being intimidated into possibly obtaining an expensive permit for their private meetings in their home...FOR THE SAKE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD FOR THE SAKE OUR YOUR CHILDREN! WE HAVE TO WAKE UP NOW AND LET BIG BROTHER KNOW TO BACK OFF! This is insanity and it is up to the good common hard working people of America to put a stop to it....

More to come...

couldn't get the above link to work..here's the whole article:

A local pastor and his wife claim they were interrogated by a San Diego County official, who then threatened them with escalating fines if they continued to hold Bible studies in their home, 10News reported.Attorney Dean Broyles of The Western Center For Law & Policy was shocked with what happened to the pastor and his wife.Broyles said, "The county asked, 'Do you have a regular meeting in your home?' She said, 'Yes.' 'Do you say amen?' 'Yes.' 'Do you pray?' 'Yes.' 'Do you say praise the Lord?' 'Yes.'"
The county employee notified the couple that the small Bible study, with an average of 15 people attending, was in violation of County regulations, according to Broyles.Broyles said a few days later the couple received a written warning that listed "unlawful use of land" and told them to "stop religious assembly or apply for a major use permit" -- a process that could cost tens of thousands of dollars."For churches and religious assemblies there's big parking concerns, there's environmental impact concerns when you have hundreds or thousands of people gathering. But this is a different situation, and we believe that the application of the religious assembly principles to this Bible study is certainly misplaced," said Broyles.News of the case has rapidly spread across Internet blogs and has spurred various reactions.Broyles said his clients have asked to stay anonymous until they give the county a demand letter that states by enforcing this regulation the county is violating their First Amendment right to freely exercise their religion.Broyles also said this case has broader implications."If the county thinks they can shut down groups of 10 or 15 Christians meeting in a home, what about people who meet regularly at home for poker night? What about people who meet for Tupperware parties? What about people who are meeting to watch baseball games on a regular basis and support the Chargers?" Broyles asked.Broyles and his clients plan to give the County their demand letter this week.If the County refuses to release the pastor and his wife from obtaining the permit, they will consider a lawsuit in federal court.
