Endless War from a young Tennesseans' perspective

http://www.tennessean.com/article/20100315/OPINION03/3150348/1053/OPINION02/An+America+at+war+is+all+young+adults+remember

"...My entire teenage life was spent with my country being at war. I have gone through middle school, high school and now, I have almost completed college hearing about the death tolls on the evening news. I cannot remember what it is like to live in a country that is not at war. If my teacher was to look at my seventh-grade class on Sept. 11, 2001, and say, "Boys and girls, most of you will probably graduate college before we are done fighting the war that began on this very day," I would have thought he was insane...."

Bush-Obama War

"During his speech at West Point in which he announced the war's escalation, he said, "[T]he Taliban [is] a ruthless, repressive and radical movement." What he (or John McCain or George W. Bush) never bothers to tell you is that this is the same Taliban that the US government SUPPORTED, back when it was fighting Soviet forces in Afghanistan.

Obama also said, "We are bringing the Iraq war to a responsible end." That is a lie! US forces will stay in Iraq indefinitely. Obama has no more intention of bringing all US troops out of Iraq than he does bringing them home from Afghanistan. Beyond that, there are more private contractors (read "mercenaries") operating in Iraq than US troops. And this will likely be the case in Afghanistan, as well.

But not only did Obama escalate the war in Afghanistan, he made it clear that he is prepared to extend the war into Pakistan. Obama's speech was laced with references to Pakistan. Examples:

"Our security is at stake in Afghanistan and Pakistan."

"Our overarching goal remains the same: to disrupt, dismantle, and defeat al-Qaeda in Afghanistan and Pakistan." (Note: the latest reports state that there are no more than 100 al-Qaeda forces in Afghanistan.)

"We need a strategy that works on both sides of the [Afghanistan-Pakistan] border."

Obama even intimated that he was prepared to extend the war well beyond Pakistan. He told the West Point cadets, "The struggle against violent extremism will not be finished quickly, and it extends WELL BEYOND Afghanistan and Pakistan." (Emphasis added.)" -Chuck Baldwin

Chavez ready for war...

Obama and Chavez..BFF
http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D9CEQGF82&show_article=1

"President Hugo Chavez said Monday that Venezuela has received thousands of Russian-made missiles and rocket launchers as part of his government's military preparations for a possible armed conflict with neighboring Colombia."

"Chavez, who has been feuding with Colombia for months, claims an agreement between Bogota and Washington allowing the U.S. military to increase its presence at seven Colombian military bases poses a threat to his country. Colombia says the deal is only to help it fight the war on drugs and insurgents inside its territory. "

"Venezuela has bought more than $4 billion worth of Russian arms since 2005, including 24 Sukhoi fighter jets, dozens of attack helicopters and 100,000 Kalashnikov assault rifles. In September, Russia opened a $2.2 billion line of credit for Venezuela to purchase more weapons. "

Maybe Obama will continue George Bush's policies and attack Venzuela next...Aren't they in the playbook George W. left for Obama..I think it's filed under 'Axis of Evil'...

American Official clarify the war with Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan are indeed 'Endless Wars'

Advice from a Soviet Commander on fighting Afghanistan

http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=96f_1260341147

The Soviets attempted to invade and battle with Afghanistan and in`1989...over 15,000 Soviet Soldiers died...And the billions of dollars spent by the Soviet Union on the war lead to the collapse of the Soviet Union...sounds very familiar to the situation America is in right now...

How many more 'Muslims' or 'Afghani's' must die before the 'War on Terror' is won? How can America win a war which has no declared enemy, goals, or timeframe?

Ron Paul on Obama's Endless War(s)

Obama the Puppet, the Liar, the Warmonger

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/dec/01/barack-obama-speech-afghanistan-war

Barack Obama will be sending 30,000 American Troops to die in Afghanistan for no reason...How many more Muslims or Afghani's must we kill before we win the Imaginary War on "terror"? Obama is simply Bush's Third Term...He has continued and enhanced his policies of Endless War and destruction of our Civil Liberties.

There is no change. Both parties are corrupt. No one in Washington is listening to you. These elitists and globalists all sit on the same councils and semi-secretive groups...Yet they champion the cause of liberty and pretend to really listen to you. I guarantee you that anyone associated with the Trilateral Commission, United Nations, Bilderberg Group, Council on Foreign Relations, etc. are impostors and wish to shred the Constitution and sacrifice American Sovereignty to the deity named 'Global Governance'.

Stand up America. Before it is too late...

The 'War on Terror' is a farce

http://www.infowars.com/the-war-against-muslim-extremists-is-wholly-unnecessary-for-our-national-security/

“Terrorists should be perceived and described as criminals, not holy warriors, and our analysis suggests that there is no battlefield solution to terrorism.”

"And key war on terror architect Douglas Feith has now confirmed Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz and Wesley Clark in admitting that the so-called War on Terror is a hoax.In fact, starting right after 9/11 — at the latest — the goal has always been to create “regime change” and instability in Iraq, Iran, Syria, Libya, Sudan, Somalia and Lebanon so as to protect Israel. And the goal was never really to destroy Al Qaeda."

"Even Newsweek has now admitted that the war on terror is wholly unnecessary."

"Indeed, a former U.S. National Security Adviser told the Senate that the war on terror is “a mythical historical narrative”."

Ron Paul 2/14/07 speaks against the Neoconservative Empire

Ron Paul on the Endless Iraq War:

"Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) stood his ground and joined the twenty-or-so other Republicans that have decided to vote with the House Democrats in favor of a non-binding Iraq resolution that condemns President Bush's troop surge.

Speaking of Bush, Congressman Paul was very straight-forward in his displeasure for Bush's "demented philosophy of conquest." Here is a portion of his floor speech:

RON PAUL: "In recent decades, our policies have been driven by neoconservative empire radicalism; profiteering in the military industrial complex; misplaced do-good internationalism; mercantilistic notions regarding the need to control natural resources; and blind loyalty to various governments in the Middle East.""

The Potential Fall of the American Republic

http://www.alternet.org/world/97913/the_us_has_761_military_bases_across_the_planet,_and_we_simply_never_talk_about_it/

The US Has 761 Military Bases Across the Planet, and We Simply Never Talk About It

"At the height of the Roman Empire, the Romans had an estimated 37 major military bases scattered around their dominions. At the height of the British Empire, the British had 36 of them planetwide. Depending on just who you listen to and how you count, we have hundreds of bases. According to Pentagon records, in fact, there are 761 active military "sites" abroad.

The fact is: We garrison the planet north to south, east to west, and even on the seven seas, thanks to our various fleets and our massive aircraft carriers which, with 5,000-6,000 personnel aboard -- that is, the population of an American town -- are functionally floating bases.

And here's the other half of that simple truth: We don't care to know about it. We, the American people, aided and abetted by our politicians, the Pentagon, and the mainstream media, are knee-deep in base denial."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_imperialism

The ideal of Manifest Destiny and American Imperialism is all a matter of what sort of Country or Republic you think we should be...Do we conquer by force, remove Native People from their homelands, and rewrite history to make us look favorable or do we take a long, hard look at ourselves in the mirror after a night of pillaging, printing money, and using robots to bomb innocent villagers and reconsider our ways and return to Constitutional Ideals of freedom, liberty, and self defense?

What the HELL are we doing in Pakistan?!?

I believe we are currently experiencing Endless War as described in the book '1984' by George Orwell. Most people go throughout the day and probably don't think about the young men and women of America dying dailing in Aghanistan and Iraq. I would argue that a majority of people are too preoccupied with their cell phones, Big Macs, or American Idol.

How many more Middle Eastern countries will we invade and occupy? How many Muslims must we kill to get 'vengenance' for 9/11? How many more innocent civilians of Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan and soon Iran must die?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20091120/ts_nm/us_pakistan_violence

"Eight Islamist militants were killed in a U.S. missile strike in northwest Pakistan on Friday.."

"The attack came shortly before the director of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), which oversees the drone strikes, met government leaders in Islamabad for talks that covered U.S. strategy in neighboring Afghanistan."

"The United States has carried out 46 attacks with its pilotless, missile-firing aircraft in northwest Pakistan this year "

"Pakistan officially objects to the strikes, saying they violate its sovereignty"

Endless Wars need more of your money to continue the occupation of Aghanistan

http://www.infowars.com/obama-allies-want-new-tax-to-pay-for-cost-of-protecting-afghan-opium-fields-bribing-taliban/

"Not content with savaging American taxpayers with two huge new financial burdens during an economic recession, in the form of health care reform and cap and trade, close allies of Barack Obama have proposed a new war surtax that will force Americans to foot the bill for the cost of protecting opium fields in Afghanistan, paying off drug lords, and bribing the Taliban.

Warning that the cost of occupying Afghanistan is a threat to the Democrats’ plan to overhaul health care, lawmakers have announced their plan to make Americans pay an additional war tax that will be taken directly from their income, never mind the fact that around 36 per cent of federal taxes already go to paying for national defense."

"The tax would apply to anyone earning as little as $22,600 per year in 2011".

"What precisely would this extra tax be used to pay for? Namely, bribing the Taliban, paying off CIA drug lords, and protecting heroin-producing opium fields."

"Numerous reports over the past two weeks have confirmed that the U.S. military is paying off the Taliban with bags of gold to prevent them from attacking vehicle convoys, proving that there is no real “war” in Afghanistan, merely a business agreement that allows the occupiers to continue their lucrative control of record opium exports while they finalize construction of dozens of new military bases from which to launch new wars."

America..At war or not at war?

http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=116268

"Are we at war – or not?

For if we are at war, why is Khalid Sheikh Mohammed headed for trial in federal court in the Southern District of New York? Why is he entitled to a presumption of innocence and all of the constitutional protections of a U.S. citizen?

Is it possible we have done an injustice to this man by keeping him locked up all these years without trial? For that is what this trial implies – that he may not be guilty.

And if we must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that KSM was complicit in mass murder, by what right do we send Predators and Special Forces to kill his al-Qaida comrades wherever we find them? For none of them has been granted a fair trial.

When the Justice Department sets up a task force to wage war on a crime organization like the Mafia or MS-13, no U.S. official has a right to shoot Mafia or gang members on sight. No one has a right to bomb their homes. No one has a right to regard the possible death of their wives and children in an attack as acceptable collateral damage."

You are being lied to...

http://www.veteranstoday.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=9302

"In unconventional warfare, manipulated beliefs are used to displace inconvenient facts. When waging war by way of deception, false beliefs are an oft-deployed weapon. Recall Iraqi weapons of mass destruction? Iraqi ties to Al Qaeda? Iraqi mobile biological weapons laboratories?

Iraqi meetings in Prague with Al Qaeda? Iraqi purchases of yellowcake uranium from Niger? All these claims were reported as true. All were later proven false or, worse, fabricated. Yet all were widely believed. Only the yellowcake uranium was conceded as bogus before the invasion of Iraq. As the U.S. crafted its response to the provocation of a mass murder on U.S. soil, those widely shared beliefs shaped a consensus to wage war on a nation that had no hand in it"

"The modern battlefield has shifted. Ground warfare is now secondary. Likewise air strikes, combat troops, naval support and even covert operations. Those physical operations are all downstream of information operations. Manipulated beliefs come first. Psyops precede bombs and bullets. Hardware ranks a distant third."

Please read the full article at the above link...You are being lied to on a daily basis by the Mainstream Media whether you subscribe to CNN or FOX, Coke or Pepsi, Obama or Mccain. All of these liars are all talking suits controlled by the Federal Reserve/Central Bankers, United Nations/Council Foreign Relations, and Teleprompters which feed them the lies of Doublespeak and they in turn espouse it to Wolf Blitzer and the 'gospel of War' and American Imperialism is spread...

We must stop this Endless War(s), Abolish the Federal Reserve and get back on a gold standard, and elect accountable leaders who are Statesman.

Stop the Endless Wars...

http://www.infowars.com/myths-of-our-time/

"For whatever the reason, morality has shown itself to be an impotent force in 21st century America. Americans show no remorse at over one million dead Iraqis and four million displaced Iraqis due entirely to an American invasion based on lies and deception. The lies and deception are now well proven. Yet, there has been no apology for the horrors that Americans inflicted on Iraq."

"By invading Iraq the US started a civil war between Sunni and Shi’ite. In Pakistan the US has started a civil war between the religious tribal population and the secular US puppet state. In Palestine the US started a civil war between Fatah and Hamas."

US Official resigns over the Afghanistan War

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/10/26/AR2009102603394.html?hpid=topnews&sid=ST2009102603447

"But last month, in a move that has sent ripples all the way to the White House, Hoh, 36, became the first U.S. official known to resign in protest over the Afghan war, which he had come to believe simply fueled the insurgency.

"I have lost understanding of and confidence in the strategic purposes of the United States' presence in Afghanistan," he wrote Sept. 10 in a four-page letter to the department's head of personnel. "I have doubts and reservations about our current strategy and planned future strategy, but my resignation is based not upon how we are pursuing this war, but why and to what end.""

Anti-war Group supports Afghanistan War

http://www.prisonplanet.com/sellout-code-pink-reconsiders-anti-war-stance-now-obama-is-in-office.html

In typical Obama worshippin' style an Anti War Group entitled 'Code Pink' is changing it's tune...

"The anti-war group Code Pink, which rose to prominence with high-profile protests against the Iraq and Afghanistan wars over the past seven years, is softening its stance against the war in Afghanistan over concerns that a troop withdrawal could harm women’s rights in the country.

“We would leave with the same parameters of an exit strategy but we might perhaps be more flexible about a timeline,” Code Pink co-founder Medea Benjamin told the Christian Science Monitor. “That’s where we have opened ourselves … to some other possibilities. We have been feeling a sense of fear of the people of the return of the Taliban. So many people are saying that, ‘If the US troops left the country, would collapse. We’d go into civil war.’ A palpable sense of fear that is making us start to reconsider that.”
