America, the Stray Dog

The idea of a 'Third Party' or a 'Tea Party' should be seriously considered. I don't buy into the argument that it takes votes away from the Republican Party. The fact that Establishment Republicans such as Boehner and CFR associated Republican Mike Huckabee both have voiced concern about losing precious 'republican votes' is validation that the Republican Party is sick and does not represent Conservative Americans. George W. Bush and his alleged statement that the Constitution was 'just a god damned piece of paper' was an early symptom of a terminally ill Republican Party. The Endless Wars, Orwellian Patriot Act, and failure to seal the borders of America were multi system injuries to the already crippled Political System. Americans then felt like a beaten and abused dog and limped to their new Master and Savior Obama. Master Obama continued to abuse the abandoned dog of America and it became schizophrenic.

Victims of severe physical, sexual, or emotional abuse sometimes retreat inside themselves to cope with the trauma inflicted by a loved one or authority figure they thought they could trust. Split or Multiple Personalities are sometimes a result of extreme disassociation. The unspeakable trauma is then hidden deep within these explosive personalities and are coated with denial.

America is now a hungry, beaten, half crazy stray dog. We have two choices:

1. Continue the cycle of abuse. We can limp to the next Republican or Democratic Master in hopes of a designer collar, nutritionless dried dog food, and a shiny new water dish.

OR

2. We can take a long and hard look at ourselves in a puddle while we suffer from mange and neglect from former masters. Self reflection often leads us to an introspective state of mind where through prayer or mediation we return to our center or 'core being'. We affirm our natural goodness. We affirm that we have been wronged and that our Masters have failed us and tricked us. We remember that this happened to us before and we protested, took up arms, and stood up to a Tyrannical Government and won! We affirm that our rights are bestowed upon us from God or our Creator and not from any fallible man or any kind of Government.

The signers of the Declaration of Independence deemed it a "self evident truth" that all men are endowed by their Creator with certain Unalienable Rights.

Unalienable Definition- Not to be separated, given away, or taken away; inalienable

"We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created Equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain Unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

The broken down dog remembers the days of freedom and independence. The Spirit of Liberty is felt blowing like a wind through the trees. It is the life giving trickle of water in a woodland stream. It is reflected in the face of a gleeful child with rosy cheeks not yet jaded by life's perceived shortcomings. The Spirit of Liberty is alive and is in the heart of every human being throughout history and now living. All men have a desire to be free, a hunger to love and to be loved, and a natural bend towards independence.

I would argue that this 'Spirit of Liberty' I refer to is what inspired the Sons of Liberty to meet in alleyways and bars. This desire for freedom and independence sparked the ideas of protest and rebellion which served as the birthing pains of a patriotic labor which produced the Constitution and then our Republic, the United States of America.

We can remain in a deep slumber induced by Big Macs and Ambien with the soft blue glow of the Television in the background. In 2012, we can sheepishly bow our heads to the next Council on Foreign Relations groomed Republican Candidate and have a GEORGE W. BUSH REPEAT...

Or we can awaken and reconnect with our Founding Fathers by educating ourselves on World and Early American History, reviewing the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and praying to God that our homeland return to the basic ideals that made America the greatest Philosophical Experiment of all times....

The Constitution

One of the best articles I have read in a long time...

http://www.lewrockwell.com/quinn/quinn15.1.html

http://www.financialsense.com/editorials/quinn/2009/0929.html

"The Founding Fathers, including James Madison, Samuel Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, Alexander Hamilton, John Adams, John Jay, Benjamin Franklin, and George Washington, risked their lives to create a republic. These revolutionaries declared their independence from an overbearing oppressive regime. The British Empire had been taxing the colonies to pay for their foreign adventures. The Founding Fathers were willing to risk being hung rather than live under tyranny, when they made the following declaration:"

"They should have stuck to the libertarian Articles of Confederation."

MSNBC Newscaster attempts to interpret the Constitution

Unless he is reading 'Obamanese' this guy is an absolute moron:

That according to brilliant constitutional scholar MSNBC’s David “biased in favor of facts” Shuster, who matter-of-factly insists the “general welfare” clause in Article 1 of the Constitution “unambiguously authorizes” social welfare spending like “social security, Medicare, veterans’ care, etc.”

Senator Mae Beavers and Senate Pass TN Firearms
Freedom Act: Tells Federal Government to “Get Out
of Our Business”
NASHVILLE, TN – The State Senate approved legislation today that seeks to combat the
destruction of the 10th Amendment of the Constitution by the Federal government in their
attempt to infringe upon states’ rights. Senate Bill 1610, known as the “Tennessee Firearms
Freedom Act,” sponsored by Senator Beavers, takes a step in the right direction to restore to the
states control of intra-state commerce and the regulation of firearms manufactured and sold
within Tennessee.
“Be it the federal government mandating changes in order for states to receive federal funds or
the federal government telling us how to regulate commerce contained completely within this
state – enough is enough,” urged Judiciary Chairman Mae Beavers. “Our founders fought too
hard to ensure states’ sovereignty and I am sick and tired of activist federal officials and judges
sticking their noses where they don’t belong.”
The Tennessee Firearms Freedom Act asserts that if a firearm and/or ammunition is made totally
within the state of Tennessee, and stamped “Made in Tennessee”, then the federal government
has no jurisdiction over that item in any fashion so long as it remains in state and outside of
interstate commerce. All state regulations applying to the possession of firearms in Tennessee
would still be applicable and must be complied with. This legislation is being proposed to
prevent a federal attempt to legislate beyond the Constitutional limits of Congress.
The Tenth Amendment defines the total scope of federal power as being that which has been
delegated by the people to the federal government, and also that which is absolutely necessary to
advancing those powers specifically enumerated in the Constitution of the United States. The
amendment was adopted after the Constitutional ratification process to emphasize the fact that
the states remained individual and unique sovereignties. Unfortunately, some courts’
interpretation of Congress’ power implied by the commerce clause has been misconstrued to
suggest it’s unlimited application to state regulation. An effort by the federal government to
regulate intrastate commerce under the guise of powers implied by the interstate commerce
clause could only result in an encroachment of the state’s power to regulate commerce within its
borders. This bill is similar to one signed into law in Montana, and is currently pending passage
in at least 30 other states.
The State House of Representatives passed the companion bill (HB 1796 by Ben West and
Henry Fincher) last week and the bill will now head to the governor’s office where he will have
to choose whether to side with the 87 Representatives and 21 Senators who voted in favor of the
bill.

When I read stuff like this, it makes me smile from ear to ear! No, I am not some grizzly gun nut, but I do believe Tennesseans should be familiar with firearms and their safe use for personal protection and hunting...What really fires me up about the TN Firearms Freedom Act is that it is a bold statement proclaiming we want the Federal Govt. off of our backs and out of our wallets!!!

Uh.. it's a little too late for that...

As much as I believe the powers that be of Washington absolutely do not care about the working class people and those of us still left with some common sense and some feelings of Patriotism...I think someone told Obama he should stand in front of the Constitution... There is fake constitution behind him during his most recent speech and a facsimile of the Constitution behind him...

I thought it was so ironic when he spoke the words, "I've heard words that are calculated to scare people rather than educate them; words that have more to do with politics than protecting our country." Oh give me a break! What about the MIAC report and Homeland Security report concerning supporters of Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, against abortion, and against immigration. Do you not think being labeled a Domestic Terrorist by your own government is fear tactics and intimidation? Especially the MIAC report being "leaked" the day before the 4/15 Tea Parties?

What about Obama and his goons claiming AIG was too big to fail, bailing out GM and Chrysler, and his resigning of the Patriot Act?! Obama is the same as Bush...He's a company man..High people in the dark places have Obama in their pocket...and feed him blurbs through a teleprompter..With a "Yes we Can" thrown in every once in awhile for good measure. That is an old political trick... to rush in a bill and claim if it is not passed then the American Economy will deteriorate overnight...Does anyone remember the stimulus bill being rushed in..which was over a thousand pages..and full of pork spending for pet projects??!??

None of the above examples are Constitutional values. Don't stand in front of the Constitution and speak about Gitmo and such...and consider bringing terrorists from Gitmo to American Soil in the name of giving them a fair trial. You know as well as I...Those prisoners would get fat off of the hog called government and become reliant on welfare and government housing if brought to the US and slapped on the wrist...because their own country does not want them back..

more to come...
