So this jerk, Judge John Rodenberg is threatening to take the child away from the family and place him in temporary state custody...Do you really want Gubment to take over Healthcare? Here's a quote from the article:

Why did authorities get involved in the case of the boy with chemo? There must have been justification for the boy's medical care to be determined by the courts. The website takes parts of news stories and does not give you the full story. There are radical members of congress that draft legislation as a publicity stunt with no real chance of passing. Whispers of UN taking over US are unrealistic and absurd. Why would UN law supersede US laws and regulations? We ignored UN laws and acts in the 2nd Iraq war so why would the US suddenly follow the UN commands? One should always question the motives of "news" websites on the internet. Websites like these spread false truths and hear say bs....just my point of view
Explain possible justification for the Federal Govt. telling you what type of medicine to take for your ailment...That should be left for your physician..and if you or your families refuse it..Then that is your right..Jehovah's Witness refuse blood transfusions all the time..that is their religious belief..even though it would save their life.. You must respect personal freedoms and choice..Why does the Federal Govt. want to make choices for us?
What about if you were a child whose parents believed it was okay for young children to have sex and belonged to a cult that promoted inbreeding? The courts are speaking up for children that can't speak up for themselves. The government can't make any adult in their right mind go to chemo or take a blood transfusion...don't try to warp this case into freedom of religion case..
I ask you to take a step back...remove your own personal views or political ideals..look at all of these situations with logic and rationale..Doesn't seem kinda strange..go back to Invading Iraq although no foreign army stepped foot on our soil, go back and read the Patriot Act giving Federal Govt. power over the State's National Guard and stripping Individual Citizen's privacy via wiretapping and martial law..,then the MIAC report, then American taxpayer dollars used to bailout PRIVATE companies..Don't all of the above situations seem like an Aggressive Seize of Power by the Federal Govt? This is not a Democrat or Republican thing... This is a Constitution and individual rights versus Big Brother Bloated Federal Govt. thing...
