"Out of apparent fear of receiving the injection, the student ran out of the building."

Below is a comment from a Nurse Practitioner concerning the above story:
"As a nurse practitioner, if I bodily restrain someone who refuses treatment, even holding their hand, even a middle schooler, I can be criminally charged with "battery". Law enforcement are held to the same standard where "health care" is concerned. But, under Obozo, The Constitution and the rules of law do not apply? This is an extremely bad precedent!"
