United States VS. the United Nations

United Nations wants to shred the American Dollar...Guess whose a big UN supporter? Barack Hussein Obama

"The dollar should be replaced with a global currency, the United Nations has said, proposing the biggest overhaul of the world's monetary system since the Second World War."

"It added that the present system, under which the dollar acts as the world's reserve currency , should be subject to a wholesale reconsideration."

"Although a number of countries, including China and Russia, have suggested replacing the dollar as the world's reserve currency, the UNCTAD report is the first time a major multinational institution has posited such a suggestion. "

"...meaning central banks would be forced to intervene and either support or push down their currencies depending on how the rest of the world economy is behaving."

"Central banks would have to intervene and if not they would have to be told to do so by a multilateral institution such as the International Monetary Fund"

I am new to blogging and the realm of politics/American History but even I can see that the United Nations is a threat to our livelihood as a Sovereign Nation. How much sense would it make to have a American Dollar backed up by gold or silver? It would probably be a good idea to do away with the Federal Reserve whom artificially deflates and inflates our economy at will and has indirectly been responsible for the Great Depression, the confiscation of America's gold and placement in Fort Knox, and the recent housing bubble and future new car bubble...

Obama takes another step towards a Global One World Government:

"Barack Obama will cement the new co-operative relationship between the US and the United Nations this month when he becomes the first American president to chair its 15-member Security Council."
